About TIC

Television Industry Committee is a professional industry association of leading broadcasters, media agencies and advertisers, representing the interests of the Ukrainian television industry and protecting its members.

The main objective of TIC is to promote the television industry in Ukraine. The key development strategies of TIC are industry self-regulation, television audience research, and development of the television industry.

TIC membership is open to legal entities whose main objects of activity are:

• television broadcasting (TV channels)
• providing advertising services (advertising agencies)
• persons ordering advertising in large quantities (advertisers).

TIC was established to defend the rights and interests of the Ukrainian TV market actively and diligently. TIC is an advocate of the television industry, so it is important for us to have the support of companies in order to do our job effectively.

Television Industry Committee is open to new members. To join, please:

1. Read the Articles of Association and TIC Membership Requirements.

2. Submit to TIC:

• a written application for membership signed by a head of your organization addressed to the TIC’ Executive Director (application form);
• 8 recommendations that may be given by the following persons:  Full members of TIC (from 6 to 10 recommendations), Chairman of the Association (1 recommendation), Executive Director of the Association (1 recommendation) (sample recommendation);
• notarized copies of your constituent documents (articles of association, certificate of incorporation, licenses for broadcasting, if any);

3. Upon the decision of admission, pay a fee of UAH 50 000.

4. Pay a quarterly fee of UAH 15 000.

Decisions on admission to the Membership of the Association are adopted by the General Meeting of the Association.

TIC members may also be members of other associations and organizations.
