About TIC
Law Committee
Legal Committee is a structural division of the Association, which provides legal support to the Association.
Functions of the Legal Committee are as follows:
- carrying out legal review of draft decisions (versions) of the Association in terms of their compliance with the laws and documents of the Association;
- legal expertise of the proposals and draft amendments, developed by the Association, to the existing laws relating to television and advertising;
- development of proposals and draft amendments to the existing laws relating to television and advertising;
- presentation of conclusions on acceptance, modification or repeal of regulations regarding television and advertising;
- legal protection of the common interests of Members of the Association;
- promoting cooperation of Members of the Association in legal matters;
- development of recommendatory acts regarding the activity of Members of the Association and submitting them for approval by the General Meeting;
- carrying out other legal functions arising from the goal, objectives, and the subject of the Association.
