Published the full agenda for the “Television as Business” Conference 2019!


"Television as Business" conference is taking place within the 3rd day of KYIV MEDIA WEEK international media forum. The Conference will be held on September 18th, 2019 at Hyatt Regency Kyiv.

Tenth consecutive year the leaders of the media market and leading experts at the conference “Television as Business” publicly discuss current problems in the media area, ways to solve them, share experience in successful implementation of media projects and management specifics.

The conference will be opened by the Media Leaders Summit with the leaders of the largest media companies in Ukraine, in particular: Olexandr Bohutskii (President of StarLightMedia, Director of News Division), Evgeniy Bondarenko (Director of Media Group Ukraine), Maksym Kryvytskyi (Head of Television Business 1+1 media, General Producer of 1+1 channel, Board member of 1+1 media) and Sergey Sozanovsky (founder FILM.UA Group). The newly appointed Vice President of Star Media company in Ukraine will also be introduced on this Summit.

In addition to “The Nielsen Digital Consumer Survey” the first section is complemented by a presentationCross-media single-source research: new generation of audience measurement” (from Gemius). Also, participants have the opportunity to get acquainted with two more reports from leading experts – “Digitized happiness” from Andrey Andruschenko (CEO IPG Mediabrands Ukraine, razom communications) and “TV spot: long v. short” from Andrei Rybkin (Media Shared Practices Director, Publicis Groupe Ukraine).

The second session of the Conference will begin with presentation “Satellite Encryption Project: Industry Readiness for “Day X” – 20.01.2020” from Yaroslav Pakholchuk (COO, board member of 1+1 media, Director of Pay TV) and analysis of the trends of the TV market in 2019 and forecasts of its development in 2020 from Andriy Partyka (Director General, Ocean Media). Speakers will continue to discuss these topics as moderators in the next two discussions.

Leading market top-managers, sellers and agency representatives will discuss the situation on the TV market, its development, trends and determining factors for 2020.
